For more than 10+ years now, research and design have been the center of my world. Discovering users’ needs and converting them to meaningful design has excited me like nothing else. This pursuit empowered me to plan, execute and analyze user research studies to build multiple UX components for enticing users.
Role at Bank of America
At Bank of America, my role is to collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine research objectives and ensure alignment with strategic, business, and user goals. I am also responsible for creating meaningful and intuitive products/services for BofA employees.
Role at KeyBank
At KeyBank, as a UX researcher and designer, my role is to understand end-users pain points, through user research and test hypotheses with them before handing the hi-fidelity mockups to developers. It gave me immense pleasure when my human-centric solutions help personas to adapt the product as if they were using it from time unknown.

My major 9+ years of experience is with Concept designing and visual design. Having a strong background in Visual Design my previous company MySmartPrice offered me an opportunity to work on their upcoming project BonusApp. I was a part of the UX/UI team where I understand how User Research, Wire-framing, Persona Creation, Low – High fidelity Mockup designs, working with developers and using Agile Methodology for a successful product launch. The complete User-Centric design process has fascinated me to work on more projects and pursue my career as a UI and UX designer

BIG PICTURE
Big picture-oriented 100%. Obviously, both are important to reaching the end goal and there are pros and cons to both. However, I believe the final deliverable that affects the overall outcome, success, and satisfaction of the client is what matters most because no matter what small details were missed to get to the endpoint, the person that is paying me at the end of the day is happy with the final result.
